Blue Jays Happy Hour - Ep. 41: Sitting in Judge-ment
Just a quick one to give you the details about Wednesday's podcast, where you can listen, and when you can catch us next!
The Blue Jays lost to the Yankees on Wednesday night in a game that was not particularly interesting, save for one of the most incredible things to have ever happened on a baseball field: Adam Cimber’s attempted throw to home plate in the top of the ninth.
Also Aaron Judge hit his 61st home run of the season, which is absolutely not a record and shouldn’t be celebrated as such. His peerless season overall, though? That can absolutely be celebrated. Gudge not lest ye be Gudged!
Anyway! Callin’s app is working again, so Nick and I were back to talk about all of it. Plus Buck’s rant, Vlad’s hustle, loonie dogs, and so much more!
Have a listen!
Be sure to get the Callin app and follow us on there so you can tune in live when we’re back at it next: After the conclusion of Saturday’s game between the Jays and Red Sox! (3:07 PM ET first pitch).
And for those that couldn’t catch us live here on Wednesday, as always you can listen to the show after the fact in places like…

Just so you know that wasn't done in vain....I just had a listen.
Forget about Aaron Judge making history, I believe that was the first time ever that the phrase 'hypothetical lithium based lifeforms' was used in a baseball context. Nick was on a roll.
