Welcome back to Deranged Factor! A brand new weekly-ish video series exclusively for paid subscribers, in which I dig up bad comments on articles around the Blue Jays universe and read and react to them in front of a camera.
In this edition we’re looking backwards—all the way back to last week, when it was first reported that the Blue Jays have hired former San Francisco Giants pitching coordinator Justin Lehr to oversee their minor league pitching. The specific title that will be bestowed on the man with a 5.34 ERA over 148 1/3 big league innings is not yet known, but one thing is for certain: Jays fans were ready to get real sarcastic about the folks who chose to hire him. If you can believe that!
Thanks to all who support my work, and I hope you enjoy the new episode. If you’re not a paid subscriber and would like to watch, or want to get early access to the occasional videos in the series that I will be making public, there’s no trick, it’s just a simple trick…
The trick is becoming a paid subscriber. Also: By the time you read this you’ll be able to check out a brief preview of what you’re missing via my Twitter feed. (But anything else it says is a filthy lie.)
