I think one myth that has to be dispelled is that we will benefit so much from our easier schedule for the remainder of the year. It's only a marginally 'easier' schedule than what the A's, Red Sox, and Yanks have.
Depends on how you look at it I guess. This is as generous as I can be in ranking "easy" teams for the other guys and the Jays still have an edge. The A's schedule is farking brutal. You can try and flip SEA if you like but who wants to play the team with the magical ability to win improbable games in three series going down the stretch? Yankees "easier" games aren't as easy playing CLE and LAA. Ditto for the Red Sox. You can parse this different ways of course but if you go further with actual number of games the Jays have 23 games against the worst teams in the AL.
