I didn't mind the series recaps, but it would also be good to have more frequent game updates as well. But since the glory days of the Athletic when we had you, John Lott and Kaitlyn, we are sorely lacking in 'different' pieces. I enjoy the Sportsnet folks and Gregor Chisolm, but please keep doing your in-depth stories as well - your take is always enjoyable to read and you have a gift for it and we need your humour. More swearing would be nice as well.
This is going to be a special season for the Jays. It is clear Vlady in particular has trained harder than ever. During the video of the Skipper bringing out his birthday cake there was a telling moment even before today's smash to deep left. When Teoscar surprised Vlady with a dousing of cold water on the back the moment Vlady reared back with his shoulders my eyes turned into dinner plates. It was clear in that split second that he is absolutely jacked. I fully expect many monsters home runs from him this season, and many home runs period.
